The Xscape singer and reality TV personality Tiny Harris faced backlash after she came forward with a public message of support for Sean "Diddy" Combs following his guilty plea in a federal sex crimes case and conviction over a sexual relationship with singer Cassie Ventura and another unnamed woman.
It all began when Eboni Elektra, a friend of the late Kim Porter, shared a spiritual interpretation of the verdict. "GOD'S WILL… is stronger than any opinion, mistake, commentary, or gossip," she wrote. "If this is God's plan for Puff/Diddy then so be it. After all, what we believe is nothing in comparison to His desire. WHO ARE WE TO JUDGE??? That's God's job. It's all in His hands. U never know."

Tiny countered with a brazen reply: "Yeah!!!!! ppl wnna charge u so bad 4 being freaky is nasty work."
Tiny's comment was interpreted by many as unsympathetic to serious allegations and the legal judgment against Diddy. Whereas Elektra's post doubled down on faith and the divine, Tiny's response could be seen as flippant and tone deaf, at least to some.
Social media users not only called her out on this under Elektra's post, but they also took to None of Your Business' own Instagram page, bombarding her with criticisms, and in the process resurrected quite a bit of transphobic sentiments in online forums. Commenters leapt to bring up past accusations of sexual misconduct against Tiny and her husband, the rapper T.I., which have circulated in recent years. Although those accusations did not result in charges, they left a lasting impression in the public eye.
What's more, the comment Tiny left was gone shortly after she posted it, but by then, it was too late. Flame fanning Boxes Screenshots of it had already gone around, and getting rid of it only seemed to fan the fire more.
It's a scandal that taps into a bigger debate about how public figures should respond to allegations of abuse or misconduct, especially in the #MeToo era. Now more than ever, fans and critics alike are holding celebrities accountable not only for their actions but also for how they address sensitive issues.
The storm may blow over for Tiny, but it won't soon be forgotten. Now that her comment is a screenshot that will live forever in digital memory, she's learning a harsh truth that many celebrities have faced in 2025: the Internet doesn't forget, and it rarely forgives without some retribution.
To the best of our knowledge, Tiny hasn't responded to the backlash yet. But the harm has been perpetrated, and the court of public opinion is still in session.
