Wattmore drops a high-wire act of emotion and grit with "Circus Life"

The Brisbane-based cowpunk duo Wattmore come charging in with their red-raw debut single "Circus Life." Brothers Aiden and Kai bring a genre-blurring anthem that draws from alt-country, punk, and Americana. It's a sound as wild as the lives they sing about. From Oasis and Green Day to Frank Turner and Waylon Jennings, Wattmore proves that his music doesn't simply fit beneath one tent.

"Circus Life" is co-written with legendary songwriter Allan Caswell and produced by Lindsay Waddington. The evocative lyrics and haunting melodies of the track paint a vivid picture of isolation and the struggle of not exactly fitting in. The song gently hints at the brothers' experiences with autism, adding depth and authenticity to its message.

"Circus Life" is the first of many bold steps of Wattmore's, with a full album set to follow. True to form, fans can expect a genre-bending journey through alt-country, punk rock, rockabilly, and blues to show that this duo is far from predictable. So step right up, settle in your seat, and let "Circus Life" take you on a journey you won't forget. One thing is for sure: the show is just getting underway.
