Diddy's Ex-Bodyguard Drops More Explosive Claims About Mogul's Private Life

Diddy's ex-bodyguard Gene Deal returns with more hair-raising claims about the hip-hop mogul's love life. In an exclusive interview with The Art of Dialogue, Deal claimed that Diddy had an alleged romantic relationship with a former president of Bad Boy Records, Kirk Burrowes, which continues to add fuel to an already controversial cloud of legal woes surrounding the music legend.

Deal, who has been open about his tenure in Diddy's employ, revealed a curious detail about how money dropped in the past. He said he often went to Burrowes's apartment with Diddy to drop off cash. However, What perplexed him at the time was that these transactions occasionally became overnight stays.

"Wait a minute… they were lovers," Deal said in the clip, insinuating that there was more to their relationship than business. He also alleged that other Bad Boy staffers had found the two in compromising positions, adding a wrinkle to the speculation over Diddy's private life.

Cut forward to 2025, and Kirk Burrowes joins many faces now suing Diddy for sexual abuse. In his February lawsuit, Burrowes alleged "repeated sexual harassment, physical aggression, and forced compliance with degrading sexual acts" by the music mogul.

But the legal fight is not over yet. Burrowes has also claimed that he used "physical violence, blackmail, career sabotage and financial extortion" to push him out of his 25 percent stake in Bad Boy Entertainment. As if that wasn't spicy enough, Burrowes has also filed a separate lawsuit against Diddy's mother, Janice Combs, alleging that she was also a perpetrator in a scheme to take complete ownership of the record label fraudulently.

For those who know anything about their history, this is not the first time that Burrowes has sued his former business partner. He was sued over an alleged incident in 1996, but that case was dismissed in 2003. But unlike with Crazy Town, this time, he's part of a massive wave of at least 50 lawsuits that have been brought against Diddy since late 2023.

Diddy's legal team, unsurprisingly, is not having it. They have called Burrowes' allegations "frivolous" and an attempt, however desperate, to bring back previously baseless claims. In a statement, his lawyers contended that these allegations had long been dismissed in court on multiple occasions over the last 30 years and that they were simply a waste of judicial resources.

With everything that's gone on with allegations and legal battles, the hip-hop world is paying attention to how it all plays out. Though Gene Deal's recent remarks keep stoking rumors surrounding these statements, only time, not to mention the courts, will tell what these claims are about. We know that Diddy's former untouchable empire is as closely watched as ever, and the drama surrounding his legacy is not slowing down.
