50 Cent never lets a beef or an opportunity to roast slide, and Joe Budden now finds himself in 50's sights. In response to Budden's claim that 50 need therapy, the G-Unit mogul responded in true Fif fashion: with AI-generated images roasting the ex-rapper's famous naked arrest. To make things worse for Budden, longtime rival Drake joined the fun.
Fifty indeed had fun, going on Instagram to post a flood of AI-enhanced images of Budden with the caption: "LoL look at fat Joe Budden" and making fun of 2023 Budden getting arrested for lewdness. The situation in which Budden was found naked in his apartment complex provided the Michigan rapper with ample low-hanging fruit to mock.
"What the f### is you doing over there naked Joe?" 50 and captioned one of the photos. "How you gonna open the damn door if you sleep, fool? Nah f### all dat, you try dat again, perv!"
He didn't stop there. In another post, he doubled down, saying, "Joe, where the f### is you going? The Diamond Club in the Bronx? You shot da f### out, boy!"
Right as Budden might have thought the roasting session was cooling off, 50 dropped another bomb: "Joe, I'm a ask you this one last time: Da f### wrong wit you, Punk! You scaring the kids."
And as if the situation couldn't get worse for Budden, 50 made sure to deliver a final mic drop in the comments, "Now I'm a try and go back to sleep."
There is a lot of history between Drake and Joe Budden, so you know Drizzy wasn't passing up the opportunity to co-sign 50's antics. When the 50's post was published, Drake made his presence felt with a like on the post, a move that was not missed. Fans instantly interpreted it as Drake's way of silently reveling in Budden's public roasting session.
Drake didn't add anything in the way of words, but his presence reminded him and Budden that there was a long way to go before they were friends again. It's just the latest in their long-running on-again, off-again beef, which has featured diss tracks, podcast rants, and social media shots over the years.
The whole mess started when Joe Budden took 50 Cent to task for his reaction to Irv Gotti's passing. Budden used the episode to call out the Power executive for his ice-cold reaction: "50 Cent needs therapy. I couldn't care less whether you agree with the rationale. And 50's 50, he gon' stand in it."
Well, stand in it he did. 50 wasted no time rolling out a response with his signature blend of humor and savagery.
"Stay out my mix, Joe, talking about I need therapy," he wrote. "B_itch, you need to stop walking around naked. The f### is you doing in the hallway with ya balls out, PUNK!"
50 Cent does not let disrespect slide. If Drake sees a way to kick Joe Budden while he's down, he will do it. Budden may want to sit this out, as 50 Cent plays the game better than anyone else when it comes to online trolling.
