The British entertainer now faces a second rape investigation, this time in Spain, as his career as a performer and YouTube star has exploded in popularity thanks to his charming personality and transition into music. The UK tourist alleges the 29-year-old rapper sexually assaulted her last summer, and authorities in Magaluf are investigating the claims.
According to reports, the alleged incident occurred following Yung Filly's (real name Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos) performance at a beachside concert in Magaluf. The accuser, a British woman on vacation, said Yung Filly later attacked her in a hotel room after an encounter in a nightclub.
The woman initially made her report to UK authorities weeks after returning home, saying she had consensual sex with one of Barrientos' friends before the alleged assault took place. Spanish officials have already conducted an investigation, but a judge in Palma has now been working with Australian authorities to have Yung Filly interviewed under oath.
The new case is the latest in a string of legal troubles for Yung Filly, who is already embroiled in a separate sexual assault case in Australia. The rapper and influencer is charged with several offenses in Perth related to an alleged September 2024 incident when prosecutors allege he assaulted a woman in his hotel room after performing in Hillarys.
He formally pleaded not guilty on March 11, 2025, in Western Australia to multiple charges, including three of assault occasioning bodily harm, one of strangulation, and four of sexual penetration without consent.
Yung Filly, out on bail under strict conditions, cannot leave Western Australia while awaiting trial. He will appear in court on June 13 before a judge to answer the allegations.
Yung Filly has also been in trouble with the law previously about reckless driving apart from the sexual assault accusations. In November 2024, the writer was forced to admit to reckless driving charges after more than 96 mph flying on a highway in Perth.
As these investigations continue and a trial looms, Yung Filly's previously sparkling career has been marred by legal drama. He has not made any public comment on the new allegations in Spain, but over the last five years and already this year, the accusations have not stopped falling.
Rapper K. and the other musicians have proliferated in music and digital media over the years, and the outcome of the cases could hold real implications. His public and professional future as these legal proceedings play out remains to be seen.
