Charleston White Floors Island Boy in Wild Viral Fight

In one of those twists that you can't make up in the world of influencer boxing, Charleston White, Charleston White just got the grill knocked off of him by Island Boy Kodiyakredd in a second-round knockout of the card's headliner at Sunday night's (June 22) Adin Ross' Brand Risk 008 event in Nashville.

It wasn't just a win. It was an internet-exploded exclamation point that went viral, and millions of Americans had wanted for years to shout on a national stage.

Streamed free on Ross' Kick channel, the fight attracted thousands of curious (and slightly confused) fans who had no idea if they were watching a grudge match or an elongated TikTok skit. Either way, before the end of the second round, White had clipped Kodiyakredd for a clean, jaw-rattling shot that left him unable to continue a technical knockout.

Before the fight, it had already been pure internet theater. White punched Kodiyakredd directly in the face at the presser. There was no glove, no love, just a brutal taste of things to come. He ridiculed his opponent's abilities and showed that it was about more than showbiz but was personal.

Charleston White's name is less renowned for anything remotely athletic than his fiery online rants and unapologetic hot takes. Still, he went on the offensive like a man with something to prove. Kodiyakredd, a notorious Island Boys pair member, seemed shell-shocked from the gate. It wasn't even close. By the second round, the fight was over, and the memes were already on the meme petition.

"Yall thought an OG TX n#### wasn't going train for the fight? They must listen to Charleston White talk for the next 30 years."

"Lmfao that Charleston White vs Kodak Red fight had a rigged asf. Ain't no way you lost to a nigga with one eye && he's 30 years older than u. Bro couldn't get out of there, was outta breath in the first."

"Charleston White just jumped one of the Island Boys. 2025 is not real."

The event , which included nine fights in total, prioritized the cacophony that comes with internet fame. But White's surprise success and Kodiyakredd's swift collapse were the stories of the entire performance. Whether you consider it comedy, combat, or both,  Charleston White may have only one eye after Sunday night, but he's the one everyone is watching.
