British rapper and YouTuber Yung Filly is in fresh legal trouble this week, with two new charges of sexual penetration without consent being laid against him in Western Australia. The most recent allegations join an already substantial list, which now brings the total number of sexual assault charges that Valor faces to six, all of them stemming from a single alleged incident at the end of 2024.
The charges stem from a meeting on the night of Sept. 28, 2024, in a hotel room in Hillarys, a coastal suburb just north of Perth. The alleged victim is in her 20s, prosecutors said and was attacked after a performance by Yung Filly earlier in the evening. The woman is referred to as Jane to protect her privacy and security.

Yung Filly, whose real name is Andrés Felipe Valencia Barrientos, had already pleaded not guilty to a previous raft of eight charges in March 2025. However, the two new ones were officially brought earlier this week. The last charges from that time are four of sexual penetration without consent, three of assault occasioning bodily harm, and one of strangulation.
Despite intensifying legal pressure, the 28-year-old singer was free on bail, though he had to adhere to strict conditions. He was released on a $65,000 bond and, under the conditions of his release, is required to remain in Western Australia and report to local authorities regularly.
But Yung Filly’s legal headaches aren’t just confined to Down Under. He is also being investigated over an alleged sex attack elsewhere in the world, in Spain. The rapper has filed an appeal against the conviction, and both are appealing the sentence. The tourist has alleged the rapper assaulted her in a Magaluf hotel room after touching her at a nightclub. The report was filed with the UK police after the woman returned from her visit.
His legal fights are also beginning to specify a timeline: he is next due in an Australian court on July 20, 2026, when his trial is set to start. Until then, all eyes will be on the rapper as the case builds and the international spotlight focuses.
Yung Filly found his calling through social media and music, catching the attention of thousands of fans so far with his high-octane videos and UK Rap drop. But as the walls of the law close in around him, his future in entertainment is uncertain.
So far, Yung Filly has kept publicly tight-lipped about the incident. With serious allegations across multiple countries and a high-profile trial looming, this is a developing story far from over.
