If you thought the Ja Rule and 50 Cent conflict was finally over, then you were sadly mistaken, because Ja has just added even more fuel to the fire, as if it were 2002. Ja Rule is trolling 50 Cent once again. On Thursday (July 17, 2025), Ja Rule boarded X (which is Twitter) and flexed about his current tour, sneak-dissing his long-time enemy 50 Cent in the process.
Ja wrote, tagging 50 directly, and posted a clip of one of his recent shows: “Y’all going to that Ja Rule concert??? ” He continued some serious chest-pounding: “Now imagine a goof like a couple of weeks in and out on the road in smelly truckers and putting up numbers you niggas move on the Internet @50cent take notes like you always do this What a REAL performer look like … lmao

Although the post has since been removed, the message was clear nonetheless. Fans immediately recognized it as a rejoinder to a since-viral video 50 posted of his packed show at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium overseas. But Ja wasn’t falling for the hype, and he wasn’t going to let 50’s most recent diss go unchecked.
This is merely the latest chapter in almost 30 years of verbal warfare between the two rap titans. Just a month ago, Ja Rule took jabs at reports that 50 Cent’s “Final Lap Legacy Tour” was selling two-for-one ticket deals to offset dang near nonexistent sales. When a 50 fan tried to defend his favorite rapper, calling Ja “Ja Fool” and asserting that the tickets had sold out, Ja clapped back with that vintage Ja spark: “You sure bout that??? Ain’t nobody coming to see you, Otis … I mean, Curtis.
As 50 makes noise on foreign soil, Ja Rule is keeping the party stateside with his “Where The Party At” tour, which includes fellow early-2000s chart-toppers Nelly and Eve. Generously-priced and nostalgia-tinged, the tour has reportedly earned Ja six-figures (his own words) and is set to conclude this September in Little Rock, Arkansas.
50 Cent, never one to stay silent, clapped back with a shot of his own that showed a packed-to-capacity stadium, writing: “How do you win a fight, when you’re fighting someone who is too dumb to know they’ve lost? You take a club to them until they stop moving.”
This feud may be old enough to rent a car, but it has plenty of gas in the tank, and both artists’ fans are lapping it up. Whether you’re Team Ja or Team 50, the entertainment value is off the charts.
