Megan Thee Stallion Asks Judge for Full Access to Milagro Gramz’s Social Media in Defamation Battle

In surprising new developments, Megan Thee Stallion is intensifying the legal pressure in her ongoing defamation lawsuit against blogger Milagro Gramz. Now the Houston rapper, best known for her no-nonsense bars and gangsta aura, is asking a federal judge in Florida to whack Gramz with sanctions and let her legal team have broad access to Gramz’s social media accounts from Instagram to WhatsApp to Discord and, heck, even iMessage.

Now, the latest court documents show that Megan’s team is fed up with what they claim is Gramz’s “continued refusal” to follow court orders. Documents say Milagro Elizabeth Cooper, the person behind the Gramz screen name, has failed to comply with multiple requests to hand over critical communications and records related to the lawsuit. Those documents were due back by May 27, 2025, and so far, Megan’s team says they have not seen a single file.

Megan’s lawyers are seeking to persuade the court to order immediate compliance. They’re seeking that all objections Gramz may have had to the discovery process be tossed out entirely. And in a dastardly stroke, they’ve enlisted FTI Consulting, an outside forensic outfit, to mine her accounts and recover any purged or concealed content that may be of use in the case.

If Gramz keeps dragging her feet or access is selectively denied, Megan’s lawyers want the judge to instruct the jurors that those missing messages would probably not have helped Gramz’s case. That’s a big ask and one that speaks volumes for just how vicious this legal battle has now become.

Megan originally filed the defamation and harassment lawsuit in 2023. The core of the case is an accusation that Gramz spread harmful lies about Megan’s role in the Tory Lanez shooting. Among their claims: that Megan had lied while under oath, and that she had somehow disseminated deepfake pornography, both explosive and wholly unsubstantiated allegations.

The court has already found that Gramz’s comments were not protected under the journalism or opinion exceptions, so the lawsuit proceeds. There’s also a gag order in place preventing Gramz from discussing Megan online in public.

After her former attorneys quit due to unpaid legal fees, Gramz was forced to scramble and lined up new representation. Enter lawyers Jeremy McLymont and Ronda Dixon, hired to prevent her from losing the case by default. But even with a new legal team, Megan’s camp says nothing has changed on the uncooperative front.

The courtroom hearing is scheduled for July 14, 2025, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and it could become a climactic moment in the ongoing dispute between celebrity and blogger, truth and speculation, and the ever-convoluted realm of online commentary.
