All's Eye Trio swings high with "The Simian"

The All's Eye Trio unleashes a sonic buffet that's every bit as wild as the title suggests. Their latest single, "The Simian," a groove-heavy expedition through thick layers of sound, was recorded at the legendary Carriage House Studios and refined at Music Factory Studios.

"The Simian" seizes you with a bright mixture of boogaloo funk, fat organ swells, and guitar lines that sound like they've been yanked from the cosmic highways of rock 'n' roll history. The trio Ari Joshua (guitar, vocals), Ben Atkind (drums), and Kris Yunker (keys) is augmented by percussion maestro Jason Hann of The String Cheese Incident, whose rhythmic litany adds a whole new dimension to the song.

If you can imagine The Allman Brothers Band having a jam session with a psychedelic funk wizard, you'll get halfway to the essence of "The Simian." The song leaps through sonic landscapes drenched in color, with Kris Yunker's Hammond organ thrumming the track's pulse, Atkind's drums worming the groove into the dirt, and Joshua's guitars soaring with soulful rasp.

Roberlan Borges Paresqui's trippy artwork, another visual extension of the song's kaleidoscopic vibe, adds to the sensory feast. This is not only music but a whole experience of all the senses. Prepare to sway to the speakers and into your spirit, "The Simian" is now streaming on all major platforms. Let the wild ride begin.
