50 Cent may be planning an exhibition trip at least; that's the theory from his most recent antics on social media. The rap mogul recently triggered a surge of nostalgia and some gossip when he responded to a clip of his ex, Vivica A. Fox, going viral following speculation about her rumored Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).
The video, which showed Fox at a recent outing, was accompanied by the caption, "Vivica Fox celebrates hers Getting a Successful BBL At 60 years old." Naturally, the G-Unit boss had his playful take on the action in true 50 Cent fashion. He shared the clip on his social media with a cheeky caption, "Wait, let me see." As if, just like that, the internet exploded with new rumors that 50 Cent and Jay had waned recently, etc. homey, was he low-key thinking back on their romance?
Vivica A. Fox is no stranger to plastic surgery gossip. The speculation initially blew up back in September when she made a guest appearance on The Tamron Hall Show, and sharp-eyed viewers speculated she had a few things done, including, possibly, a BBL (Brazilian butt lift), fillers, and Botox. But Fox wasn't interested in the noise. So she quickly turned to Instagram to respond to the gossip with a confident, classy clapback: "I'M SMILING & HAPPY! JEEZ! NO WORRIES! I'M GUUD DAWLING!"
And now, 50 Cent has added his two cents (no pun intended) to the mix, further complicating things, considering that he and Packer have a history. Their early aughts whirlwind romance, which took place in 2003, is the stuff of early-2000s pop culture legend, with a no-holds-barred PDA-filled relationship, highly public breakup, and some messy post-breakup drama. Fox notoriously accused 50 of exploiting their relationship for publicity, a charge she has long denied, arguing it severely damaged her public image.
However ugly the breakup, there had always been a visceral spark of nostalgia between the two. Fox has never held back regarding how much she cared for 50, even referring to him as "the love of my life" in a 2021 interview. "The love that I had for him, and still today, will always he was the love of my life," she added.
For his part, 50 Cent has mirrored such feelings, admitting that external factors and his immaturity ultimately caused them to fall apart. "I don't speak to when she says that, that never bothers me," he said in 2021. "When we connected with each other, we were unaware of anything else."
