50 Cent & JAY-Z React as Diddy Lawsuit Names Beyoncé & LeBron James

50 Cent is not one to bite his tongue, and the latest accusations thrown Diddy's way was another opportunity for him to speak his piece. The G-Unit mogul quickly responded to a new lawsuit from Joseph Manzaro, which not only accuses Diddy of sex trafficking and assault but also name-drops high-profile people such as JAY-Z, Beyoncé, LeBron James, Gloria, and Emilio Estefan as witnesses.

50 Cent used Instagram to share a screenshot of a TMZ report featuring the audio of the shocking claims made by Manzaro. In his trademark blunt style, he wrote alongside the post, "Got damn, how many of these boys Diddy was touching?" But he then surprised many by deleting the post. Was it a personal decision or legal advice? Fans were left asking why he decided to remove it.

And where 50 was quick to respond, JAY-Z's attorney Alex Spiro, who called the allegations "ridiculous," also didn't waste time ensuring everyone knew the Roc Nation mogul wasn't near the alleged incident in Florida.

"This is no ‘482 homicide,'" Spiro told TMZ, referring to the statute relating to the scene of a crime in Florida, where Mr. Carter was not on the witness list for the incident. He "was in the public eye at various locations readily and easily verifiable, which proves he wasn't at this event." "This is just more garbage that undermines trust in our 'justice' system."

Records show that JAY-Z was in New York in April 2015 when he launched Tidal, and his alibi seemingly contradicted the lawsuit's timeline. The lawsuit also locates some of the alleged goings-on at a Miami mansion that music legends Gloria and Emilio Estefan owned. But their spokespeople soon denied any cause for concern, saying that the property was used exclusively for family and was not entertaining at the time.

"Gloria and Emilio Estefan vehemently deny the allegations," their representative said. "This specific property was never a home in which Gloria and Emilio lived, it was a house that they owned for family use." "Between 2012 to 2019 no parties were thrown at that property. We have all the legally appropriate documentation to support these facts, and we will provide to the court."

As far as LeBron James is concerned, though, he was present at the time, according to the lawsuit, and his camp has not formally responded. But the weirdness of the allegations, including a supposed quote from LeBron saying, "Y'all better do something about that!" —has drawn some eyebrows across the industry.

The suit also alleges that Adria English, a former adult film actress, was involved, allegedly ushering Manzaro through a tunnel into Diddy's mansion. However, English's legal team recently filed to withdraw from her ongoing civil lawsuit against Diddy due to flow-of-communication breakdowns the second time her lawyers abandoned her.

The lawsuit is already under attack, with its inconsistencies piling up. And even if 50 Cent deleted his post, what follows is just getting started. One thing's sure: As more legal teams reply, perhaps Matt himself? As facts emerge, this case will continue to headline.
