The reality mogul-turned-business boss Kim Kardashian transformed a regular arcade into a mini-Marvel multiverse in honor of her son Psalm's sixth Birthday, and well, let's say Deadpool and Wolverine would've given it a high five and also a quip or two.
Psalm, Kim's fourth child with ex-husband Kanye West, was literally at the center of the action. The whole thing was Deadpool & Wolverine-themed (a play on the Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman starrer), and the mood of the day was just as mega. Kim took the celebration to Instagram for 364 million followers, sharing a glimpse of the thrill fest with fans.
From balloon displays that appeared to have flown in from Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters to an over-the-top cake that was the real star of these attendees' night out, the party was Marvel madness at its finest. And we're willing to bet the towering cake, a bold mashup shaped like Deadpool and Wolverine, was as impressive in taste as it was in scale.
"Psalms 6th Birthday Party ❤️," Kim wrote alongside her Instagram, as if throwing the biggest birthday party of the year was as casual as getting coffee, which, to be fair, only a Kardashian could make sound that casual.
Psalm, flanked by family and friends, tore around the arcade with a bubble gun in tow, firing bubbles, joining in the group games, and generally getting to live out every little kid's superhero fantasy. Kim even got in on the action, competitively playing a basketball arcade game.
The party also served as a sweet family moment as Kim posed alongside her mom, Kris Jenner, sister Khloé Kardashian, and nieces Dream and True, 8 and 7. It was a glittering, cozy event, a party covered in love, laughter, and a dash of Marvelian shenanigans.
Kanye West was missing from the photos; it is unknown if he was present. However , the emphasis remained on Psalm and his superhero-sized smile, which reminded us that, in Kim's world, family celebrations are sacred, cinematic, and always Insta-worthy.
With Deadpool & Wolverine only a few months away, Psalm's party may as well have been the unofficial kick-off of Marvel Mania 2024. Either way, Kim once again proved herself when throwing a birthday party for the kids. She may be a mom, but she's also a supermom.
