Explosive Lawsuit Alleges Brutal Assault by Music Mogul Diddy and Son

Hip-hop legend Sean “Diddy” Combs and his son, Justin Combs, are two of the latest people to be targeted in a disturbing new lawsuit that’s making a bad legal situation even worse. The new complaint, filed in Los Angeles, paints a worrisome scene, one that involves a premeditated and horrifying gang rape with the father-son pair as its main characters.

The woman alleges that she first met Justin Combs through Snapchat in 2017, according to the suit. After a few flirty interactions, during which explicit photos were also exchanged, Justin reportedly then offered to fly her out to Los Angeles for what seemed to be a fun weekend. But what came next, she says, was anything but.

When she arrived, she says she was picked up by a driver and driven to an elegant mansion in Beverly Hills. Things got ugly from there. She says she was given alcohol and marijuana, both of which she assumed were tainted. Shortly thereafter, she says Justin started pressuring her to take multiple “poppers,”  a street name for recreational inhalants.

Three masked men then supposedly stormed into the room, she told authorities. One of them, she says, was known as “Pops,” a name that she suspects was an allusion to Sean “Diddy” Combs himself. The woman claims she was whisked upstairs and warned with a bone-chilling remark: “You better let this happen. Or else.” There followed, she says, a long drawing-out of a violent sexual assault that continued into the next day.

Diddy has a team of lawyers that immediately debunked the claim. In a statement, his representatives said, “No amount of filings or threatened legal action will change the fact that Mr. Combs has never assaulted, sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone, ever whether it’s an adult woman or a minor boy.”

However, the legal challenges continue to mount. That’s just one of several lawsuits that are building up against the Bad Boy Records founder. The woman who filed the complaint is being represented by attorney Tony Buzbee (who, by the way, also filed two more suits this week on behalf of two male clients). They say they were also drugged and assaulted during an event in Los Angeles hosted by Diddy.

Buzbee isn’t mincing words, either. He’s focused on what he terms a “pattern of behavior” and has pointed out the similarities between these most recent incidents and the present federal RICO case pending against Diddy. That case alone lists more than 30 civil actions against him related to alleged sexual misconduct.

The new accusations are as grave as they are bleak, and the shadow they cast on the music mogul’s legacy continues to grow uncomfortably long. Faced with a growing number of lawsuits, a federal racketeering case, and an escalating scandal, the once-iconic entertainment figure is becoming mired in a widening legal labyrinth.

The truth will be adjudicated in the courts. Still, there can be no doubt about this: This is no longer just a matter of celebrity gossip but about accountability and a reckoning that’s been a long time coming.
