In a shocking development that has rocked the world of hip-hop fans, C.J. Wallace, the son of iconic rapper Notorious B.I.G., is at the center of a troubling lawsuit that involves Sean "Diddy" Combs. The civil suit, which was filed in July 2025 by a man known only as John Doe, accuses Wallace of helping to facilitate a sexual assault purportedly committed by Diddy in 2020.
Wallace and multiple unnamed parties reportedly got Doe to show up at a Revolt TV location under false pretenses, the suit claims. Once the pair was inside the home, Doe alleges Diddy pinned him down and tried to force oral sex on him, which was allegedly driven by "retaliation to an incident" done in the past, he states. According to the suit, Diddy yelled that Doe's "Bad Boy career was over during the alleged beating, which suggests more than an act of violence, but a premeditated attempt to ruin Doe's career.

And to make it extra creepy, Wallace didn't just facilitate the incident; he reportedly drove him home afterwards, and wasn't the only one in the car; there was more than one car full of men who nipped over to commit this atrocity! Layering one more twist into this emerging nightmare, Doe alleges that someone may also have taken a photo of either of these encounters, meaning there could be some graphic evidence still floating around out there.
In another allegation, Doe is said to refer to a previous incident in September 2020 at a Los Angeles warehouse that was housing personal memorabilia once belonging to late rapper Notorious B.I.G. It was there, the complaint says, that Diddy distributed ketamine and other drugs among a small group. In his intoxicated state, Doe says that he hallucinated and that fact only made what happened next that much more surprising.
Doe said Diddy then masturbated on a shirt which once belonged to Biggie and threw it at him, laughing as he allegedly said, "Rest in peace Biggie." However pervy and grotesque this is, if it is true, this crosses the line between offensive and downright nasty, especially given what an icon Biggie is, and the proximity of Wallace, his son.
CJ Wallace has yet to comment publicly, and information from his own legal team is scarce. Diddy's camp swiftly fired back, calling the accusations "heinous and uncorroborated." In a statement, his lawyers noted that Diddy had previously been acquitted of trafficking and RICO counts, and said that the artist had "never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone." They pledged that he would fight for his name and reputation for as long as it takes.
The lawsuit has since landed at the intersection of celebrity, legacy, and alleged abuse, with CJ Wallace suddenly swept into the storm. For Biggie fans, it's a painful time to have his name and family mired in such dark allegations. Whatever justice, truth, or mayhem awaits, this tale is far from finished.
